A selection process, not a course

Founder-grade
decisions, measured.

Founder’s Find is where you practise founder-grade decisions before you’re paid to make them, and leave with proof of how you think.

I’m here to…

You haven’t got a track record yet, and that’s fine. We look at the one thing employers really hire for, good judgement, and give you a portfolio that proves you have it before your first job.

The assessment, free to try

See how you think.

A slice of the real assessment. There’s no right answer, make the call you’d actually make, and watch it marked against our standard on the right. Measurement, not a pass or a fail.

What we actually do

It isn’t a subject. It’s a method.

We sit you in front of a real decision, ask you to commit to a call, and have an operator who has made calls like it mark yours against a published standard. That standard is the part no one can copy in a hurry, because building it means writing the rubric and finding the people who can mark against it. Here is how we build it →

Simulations. Real decisions, not quizzes.

Rubrics. The standard your call is marked against.

Reports evaluated by operators, by hand.

The honest version

We won’t promise to make you better.

Everyone in this market sells transformation. We can’t honestly measure whether you’ve improved, so we’re not going to pretend we can. What we can do is tell you the truth, carefully and against a published standard: how you think today. A measurement you can check is worth more than a promise you have to take on faith.
